The hydraulic electric upsetting machine exported by Tianzhijiao this time is tailor-made for engine valve forging. It is a professional equipment that integrates high efficiency, precision and intelligence. It can handle workpieces with valve stem diameters ranging from 9 mm to 13 mm and a maximum length of 600 mm. It has manual and automatic loading and unloading modes, which fully meets the diverse production needs of Serbian customers and brings great flexibility and convenience to their production processes.

From the technical core of the equipment, each system embodies our innovative wisdom and exquisite craftsmanship. In terms of the hydraulic system, a medium-pressure oil circuit is adopted, and the YB1-25 vane pump (2 sets) is used to stably supply oil, with a pressure of up to 6.3Mpa and a flow rate of 25/25Ml/r. The hydraulic valve is installed on the integrated oil block. The well-known Yuyan series hydraulic components are selected, and the proportional pressure regulator is used to achieve precise control of the pressure, ensuring that the upsetting process is smooth and reliable. The forging force can reach up to 40KN, providing a solid power guarantee for high-quality forging.

The heating system also performs excellently. Equipped with a 30KVA single-phase transformer, using the heating principle of low voltage and high current, with an SCR voltage regulator, it can steplessly adjust the primary voltage of the transformer to achieve fine control of the heating temperature. The heating power is 50KVA (2 sets), and the secondary voltage changes steplessly between 0-4.04V. Regardless of the material of the valve stem, it can be forged under the optimal temperature conditions, effectively improving product quality.

The electrical and pneumatic systems are the key manifestations of the intelligence of the equipment. Tianzhijiao uses Mitsubishi PLC, control module, touch screen and replacement encoder to build a highly intelligent control system. Operators can easily complete various parameter settings through the touch screen, such as accurately setting the multi-stage distance of forging advance and the multi-stage heating voltage of the transformer. The system displays the position of the forging cylinder in real time, which is convenient for operators to monitor the operating status of the equipment in real time. The equipment adopts Schneider low-voltage electrical appliances, which are extremely stable and safe. The stroke of the upsetting cylinder is precisely controlled by the encoder to ensure processing accuracy. At the same time, the equipment has three operating modes: adjustment, semi-automatic, and automatic. Operators can flexibly switch according to actual production conditions, greatly improving production efficiency.

The cooling system is crucial for the continuous and stable operation of the equipment. Tianzhijiao has equipped these two hydraulic electric upsetting machines with a complete cooling system to fully cool the anvil electrode, clamping electrode and hydraulic oil. The water pressure is required to be maintained at 3-3.5Bar, which effectively reduces the heat generated during the operation of the equipment, extends the service life of the equipment, and ensures the continuity of production.

In addition to the forging force, heating power and other parameters mentioned above, the maximum clamping force can reach 10KN, the maximum stroke of the forging cylinder is 400 mm, the maximum stroke of the anvil is 100 mm, and the maximum stroke of the clamp is 50 mm, which fully demonstrates its powerful processing capabilities. The matching motor model is Y132S-6 (2 sets), with a power of 3kw and a speed of 960r/min, which provides stable power support for the efficient operation of the equipment.
