· φ380 CBN Grinding wheel with Wheel speed of about: 80 to 140m/s 

· Uses Mechanical spindle where the speed is adjustable  

· The Rail is adjustable to meet various sizes engine valve.

· Siemens Mitsubishi controller but other types can be chosen by a client.

3. Valve Head Grinding Machine

This machine is perfect for the grinding of valve head diameter, as well as  uneven grinding seat surface of an engine valve. It comes with the following features;

· With automatic loading and unloading mechanism 

· φ380 CBN grinding wheel with a wheel speed of: 80 to140m/s 

· Taiwan Mechanical Spindle present

· Adjustable rail to meet various sizes of engine valve.

· Siemens, Mitsubishi controller although each client can choose a different one

· With the two station engine valve head as well as the seat grinding machines, up to about two pieces of engine valve can be processed simultaneously

4. Stem End Grinding Machine

This machine helps in the grinding of the face of the engine valve, and it has the following features;

· With automatic loading and unloading mechanism

· Mechanical spindle is in use

· φ 300 CBN wheel with a   wheel speed above 50m/s

· Rail is adjustable to meet various sizes of engine valve

· Siemens, Mitsubishi controller but each client can choose a different one

5. Valve Seat Grinding Machine

This machine also helps in the grinding seat surface of an engine valve, and it comes with the following features;

· Fully automatic dressing as well as compensation 

· φ 600 resin wheel with a wheel speed of about 60m/s

· Uses Taiwan Mechanical Spindle 

· Adjustable rail to meet different sizes of engine valve 

· With automatic loading and unloading mechanism 

· Siemens, Mitsubishi controller but each customer can choose another type.
