Centerless Engine Valve Grinder is a powerful engine valve grinding machine. It can grind round parts. 

We use it to grind stem of engine valve and groove of engine valve.

•    Layout

The centerless engine valve grinder layout adopts the one-side moving mode of the guide wheel frame.

•   Grinding wheel

Grinding wheel spindle adopts overhanging structure, easy to replace the grinding wheel. Multi-piece dynamic pressure oil film bearing is used in grinding wheel spindle.

•  Guide wheel

Guide wheel spindle adopts suspension structure, easy to replace the guide wheel. Adopts integral 1:30 cone sliding bearing structure, double V support structure, and the rotation precision is high. Guide wheel speed regulation adopts AC frequency conversion step-less speed regulation.

•   Dressing equipment

Grinding wheel and guide wheel dresser can be reciprocated by hydraulic drive, deceleration motor drive or servo motor drive, which can realize automatic dressing.

•   Operation system

The operation uses the touch screen man-machine interface, the existing automatic cut-in grinding machine program, including feed, speed, time, counting is adjustable, PLC or CNC system are all chosen.
