A friction welding machine is a solid-phase welding that applies forging welding forces to create a strong metallic bond between materials.
The machine can accurately maintain the same angle or relative angle between two (or more) workpieces during the friction welding process; Mainly used for welding circular and workpieces with interfaces; The products currently used include square steel, hexagonal steel, octagonal steel, automotive thrust rods, fender brackets, automotive front suspension, transmission shafts, and other workpieces that require mutual position and angle allocation.
Savings in costly material if the bi-metallic component is used;
Low heat-affected zone and hence semi-finished components can be welded ;
Low energy consumption;
No edge preparation, filler material, shielding gas, spattering, fumes, and radiation;
Excellent welding: joint as strong or stronger than parent material;
